JUST BUSINESS, NOTHING PERSONAL (And speaking of Jesus..)
Was he the first guy to consider an altered consciousness just as viably valid as an unaltered one? When did we first decide we were not as conscious as we thought we were? Who was the first sleep-walker? When did we become naturally unconscious or consciously un-natural? When did we stop being conscious that our consciousness was being altered from moment to moment, we couldn’t possibly keep up with it, so we needed to settle on a consensus consciousness cause our personal one seemed to be out of control? When did we first become conscious of peer-pressure and political correctness altering our consciousness? We may disagree on a few details but the basic premise remains the same, consciously unaltered excerpt in those moments of apparently intoxicated insanity when consciousness becomes so fluid we feel like we’re either drowning or waving in an ocean of too much open space and we need to get our feet firmly back on the ground of business as usual! Nothing personal. When did we lose track of our own personal consciousness being the prime-mover of our well-being and in truth what reality really is? At what point did we become slaves to somebody else’s consciousness? And we need to take a vote on what we should really be conscious of? Cause I’m damned if I can trust my own consciousness to sort this out!??
When did we become conscious that some things needed to be sorted out that previously we were not erven conscious of? When did we first become conscious that there’s an enemy on the loose and we are consciously at war with an alternative consciousness? When did we first go into the business of altering somebody else’s consciousness? Was that when we first realized left to our own conscientiousness we’d just proceed to rip everybody’s throat out? So we need to curtail our consciousness? When did we first become conscious that humanity is essentially flawed and nature, though occasionally picturesque, is essentially out to kill us!? So we need to consciously take steps to pre-empt such a merciless attack on our own nature? When did we first become conscious that humanity is essentially not natural? That we have a God-given gift to transcend this natural world, put it in its’ place and eventually replace it as but a minor blip in the conquest of a much bigger universe? At what point did we become conscious that victory is the only alternative to losing? And it’s the business of being alive not to be a loser? When did we first become conscious of winners and losers? Was that when we realized we didn’t understand what somebody else was saying or when somebody poked us in the ribs with a very sharp stick and insisted we do what we’re told or the consequences would be even more painful, you either alter your consciousness or I’ll do it for you! Nothing personal, just business! When did we first become afraid of dying an agonizing death, and the only way to prevent it was by doing what we’re told by somebody with a mercilessly altered consciousness?
And was Jesus the first guy to say ‘fuck you!, I am a slave only to my own conscious conscientiousness! Not business, very personal! You’ll be telling I’m not really the son of God next!??? It’s my consciousness against yours! If you think you can prove anything with advanced calculus and very sharp sticks, I think you’re missing the point altogether! I’d have to suspect somebody’s altered your consciousness. So why don’t we just take a few deep breaths, sit down and discuss this like personable human-beings You want a puff? All perfectly natural, organic, no chemical additives, grew it myself. Who knows it could re-alter your consciousness. It’s no crime just being friendly. Poking people with very sharp sticks on the other hand, hardy conducive to anybody’s well-being. Same with all that over-technical mumbo-jumbo, may build you a driverless-car but it’ll still be taking you somewhere else to meet somebody else’s deadlines. My guess is you’ve not been well lately. My advice, for what it’s worth, maybe you need to take some time-out from all this business, maybe change your diet, lots of quiet walks in the park, several weeks in the wilderness, could give you a new perspective on this world. May be bad for business but it’ll do a power of good for your breathing! And if that’s not a personal priority, I don’t know what is!”
