BLACK MAGIC

Magic is real. To deny it is like admitting your nose is not really on your face it’s in your armpit, which is why you sometimes never smell anything bad at all. It just doesn’t make sense. There’s good magic and there’s black magic. Good magic is willingly believing that there is always something to smile about. Black magic is willing somebody else to believe there is always something to be afraid of and you will always need somebody else to keep you safe from it, so you will always be under somebody else’s spell. Black magicians devise ingenious ways to make you voluntarily act like a fool, because that’s what makes them smile, fooling somebody who doesn’t even know they’ve been made a fool of, or at least refuse to admit it, no more than they would admit that their armpit is not really on their face and that’s why they never smell anything bad at all. It just doesn’t make sense.
